Will I Loose My United Airline Flight Benefits?

My father has listed me under his United Airline flight benefits allowing me to travel for a fraction of the price to wherever United Airlines flies as a companion always flying standby. My parents are separated, and my mother is marrying someone else. Will I loose my benefits if my mother marries her future new husband?

Suggestion:

You may need to talk to United Non rev travel dept, clearly he will be taking your mother name off the list (who can fly under his benefits) and will keep your name on it. Some times you can only change this information twice a year so it depends airline to airline. You should be ok however there may be an upper age limit for dependent children. The correct department will know.
