Where is a Good Place to Holiday in July?

I am in Europe. Budget $600

Suggestion:

I'm not sure if your budget might permit it, but Italy is the best place to holiday in.

I think for that money you can go to Turkey in July, thats a great place. Greece will probably be out of your budget. Also Scotland, Ireland will be a little bit more.

You might get to Egypt for a few hundred more, and thats definitely worth it.
